Player’s Responsibility

FORMAT ADJUSTMENT

In a constant effort to make the chip tournament as fair as possible, I’ve made some adjustments to the final round. I will now be tracking everyone’s TOTAL GAMES PLAYED throughout the tournament. It’s impossible to predict who/when a player will be eliminated and how it will effect the schedule

  • When we get down to the final 6-10 players, I may skip some matches to keep players total games similar. For example, on the schedule Player A has 15 games played, and they have to play Player B with 14 games, and Player C has 12 games vs Player D has 13. I will not play A vs B, so that C vs D can catchup.

  • In the event of a tiebreaker in the $$$ rounds, we will use these options in order

    • The player with more games played

    • VS each other in previous rounds

    • IF players are within 2 ratings of each other, they play a 1 game sudden death

    • IF players are NOT within 2 ratings, the player with the most DGAF games played this year gets the tie
